Feels like I am easily confused these days, and always bogged down by tiny details...

So the question comes: how many photos should my wife submit if we are filing i-485, I-765(EAD), and I-131(Adv. Parole) together? 2? 4? 6? thanks.

6 photos, 2 per form.

A related question, and I hope someone will find this and answer it so I won't have to make another thread...

The I-485 package list says copy of I-94, front and back. Do I also need two copies, one for I-485, and the other for I-765 (EAD)? Thanks.

We ended up submitting only 2 photos with the AOS, EAD, and AP forms (not 2 for each, but 2 total), and 1 copy of the I-94. No RFE.

Yes. No more passport pictures from USC husband/wife. I submitted only 4 pics for AOS and EAD (just tried my luck). The picture on my EAD card was the one which they took during my biometrics.

Good luck on your AOS. . :star:

It's what I did. One copy of I-94 (front and back) each for AOS, EAD and AP.

Good luck. . .

I submitted only 2 pictures as well. I was under the assumption after reading the guides that this was all that was needed?

well, I guess the ultimate question would be, for those who only submitted 2 photos and 1 copy of I-94, did you get your Advance Parole and Employment Authorization? If you did, then 2 photos seem to be all we need... if not, then it is a different story...
