I want to ask do i need my fiance birth certificate translated and verifyed included in I 129 package for petition. I read on this page that is only neccessary for my fiance when he go on inteview to take it with him. I am confused now cause i visited lawyer today and she told me that i need his birth certificate next to mine. Do i really need it or that lawayer is wrong?

It is not listed anywhere in the required documents for the I-129f. Many people have chosen to include it, which IMO is a personal choice/preference. If you do so choose, a translation to English would be required.

2/11/09 Medical Passed!!

2/23/09 Interview Passed!!

3/2/09 Visa Recieved!!

3/7/09 Arrive in U.S.A!!!

5/3/09 Married!!!!!!!
