I'm on the family's cell phone plan, not sure how to go about showing that one though? I am also an authorized user on my Wife's credit card.

Make photocopies of both cards- for security, block out all the digits except the last four.

I think you have yourself all worked up and stressed, and you arent reading these replies, just relax and gather as much evidence showing joint assets.

Well to be honest, we did go have a consultation with a lawyer. He was amazed how prepared we were and basically asked why we were there

I really cant say if you should have a consult with the lawyer, if it would put your mind at ease, then go for it. The best thing you can do is be very prepared to show a bonafide relationship.

I'm very nervous about it but at the same time excited. . The vwp that i am on makes me nervous.

Your timeline.. it seems that you first entered the US.. on may last year.. and then got married 3 months later..

Make sure you provide enough evidence that you did not intend to migrate to the US.. There was a kid that got denied last week on aos interview.. he was on vwp here in san diego..

Your timeline.. it seems that you first entered the US.. on may last year.. and then got married 3 months later..

Make sure you provide enough evidence that you did not intend to migrate to the US.. There was a kid that got denied last week on aos interview.. he was on vwp here in san diego..

Did he have everything ready? What was his situation and background... where was he from?

I have all the evidence of a bonafide relationship.

Plus with evidence of not intending to migrate, i have notorized affidavits from my employer in England stating that i was granted the time off to visit the U.S for the summer and due back to work in September. Also have affidavits from family members back home notarized and affidavit here from my mother in law to show that we are living under her roof and paying rent for as long as we wish. She also explained briefly how we met.

In regards to our joint health insurance i found an ID CArd online in my Wife's name that i can print, and a page which is family members on the account, it shows my name and date of birth as eligible to use. Is this all i need?

Have you made any purchases, such as a car or anything to show both your names on the bill of sale?

hydey u know im also here on VW and we are in the same boat

and at USCI i found that a spouse can file AOS legaly from the us and we are spouses...so we did not come in the us with intent to merry and in the interview u dont have to proof that u not come with the intent to merry u have to proof that u have a bona fide marriage...

so iam sure u pretty well prepared and dont have a reason to be worried...enough people before us did it succesfull..

i think they will check the dokuments with u wich u already sent..ask u if all is correct..ask u a lot no questions ..take a look of some pics and done...u will be out in less then 20 minits:-)

No joint purchases like that. We have a joint bank account together with direct deposits going in and checks going out. My Wife has a new car but her mother is the co-signer due to credit issues.
