This person wrote this message sent to my husband facebook. I can't say they are friends but they do get together once in a while. He's been a hater and trying to pissed me off after he knew I am with my husband. I have been married for almost 5 years and my husband and I knew each other for 7 years.

If you were on my husband shoes, how would you feel getting the same comment from the person?

my husband has been warned him before when the first time he dragged my name on myspace where they created a fanclub for my husband however they have been mentioning me in that group and posting some documents like marriage certificate they got online. 1 of them apologized already but this one is kinda missing one of the bolts in his head and continue harass me in words thru my husband.

This is a death threat!! Its against the law and should be taken very seriously. This man is not sane to make this type of threat. You and your husband could be in very serious danger.

I'm seconding that, not only is he making death threats but he's apparently cyber stalking you gathering documents about you (like the marriage certificate). There may not be anything illegal about him getting a copy like that, but it's damn sure creepy. Honestly your husband shouldn't be hanging out with this dude based on that one post alone.

I'm sick of hearing about how foreigners just want green cards, people who met me once and don't know me at all (ie, friends of family members) even think they are somehow qualified to judge my relationship as being used for a green card... luckily since I'm fairly anti-social I don't have to meet a lot of opinionated a-holes and nut jobs... hopefully anyone I see on a regular basis will have enough tact to not make those kind of statements around my fiancee (SOON TO BE WIFE!) as I'm willing to introduce them to another stereotype that is well known... the violent american man!!!!

ETA: Oops, the question was if I was your husband what would I think... and the first thought that'd enter my head is where to bury his body... the second thought (that I'd go with) would be to report it as a death threat so that it is documented, nothing is likely to come of it but I'd be worried about your safety so I'd be talking to police to see what can be done to help insure it.

Get a restraining order against the person.

Let Facebook know about them so they get their account yanked.

If you lose sleep or need to talk with someone to get over their hateful words I would take them to civil court for damages.

People can be so cruel. Some people feel inferior so they point at others and think badly of them to make up for their own insecurities.
