Hi VJ's i asked this question in the K1 forum but it's probable best asked here.

I have a job to go to and will be flying over very soon they are happy to start me on the temp 30day ead pending the year one...

I have been told/read so many things ... yes JFK still do, a bit hit and miss but tend to if you ask, and now that they don't GRRRRR

VY'ers please help. I'm keen to know what has happened to people at JFK recently. I.E. within the last 2-4 months.

it really belongs in "Working and travelling before a greencard" forum because

1) that is what it your question is about and

2) it probably is the best place to get the answer

3) it has nothing to do with AOS

1) that is what it your question is about and

2) it probably is the best place to get the answer

I'll try there too but i'm hoping that by definition some of those on the early AOS route will have just travelled and one or two may have entered via JFK

my wife's POE was at JFK in July '08 and received the stamp
