Hi

Soon, I will be applying for the AOS.

I am supposed to submit the copy of NOA2 "Approval" for I-129F with I-485 application.

My fiancee cannot find the NOA2 approval form (letter).

What should I do next? Is there a form which I can fill out and send to receive a copy of the NAO2?

Yes, You can file an I-824 to request a replacement I-129F NOA2 letter. FEE $340, I would be looking long and hard for the missing letter.

Hi Croat. We never received a NOA2 but did make attempts to try and get one. Did you happen to print off a copy of the online approval? I just sent that in with an explanation in my covering letter and the evidence that I had tried to obtain one and was approved without an RFE. If you can't find the NOA2 and are willing to risk a possible delay you might want to try that route. Good luck. :)
