ive read hundreds of comments here and everything i can find on the subject including the Imbra law

out of all the comments and opinions ive read i trust your opinion the most even above my own

becouse i am emotionally involved so it makes it confusing, im trying to do my best at this

Then read this. Maybe you're just reading in the wrong places. I'd trust this law firm a lot more than the mickey mouse visa information site you gave a link to.

Here are the actual USCIS instructions to adjudicators. Note that requesting a waiver related to domestic violence convictions is done only in the context of requesting a waiver of the filing limitations. In short, if you have a domestic violence conviction, you are probably not going to get two petitions approved in a two year period. If this is your first petition or only petition in the past two years, all IMBRA just requires the criminal records be submitted so USCIS can forward them to the Consulate and the Consular officer can make sure the K visa applicant is informed.

ok that cleared that up i think but here is what i found there also Discussion

The new rules will have a substantial impact on K1 petitioners who met through international marriage brokers. It should not affect petitioners who met though services like Yahoo! Personals which provide contact services with foreign nationals as an incidental part of their services. The fiancé(e) will be asked in every instance whether she met her fiancée through a matchmaking site. If she replies untruthfully and is found out (a very real possibility), she will be denied the visa and barred from ever receiving a U.S. visa of any kind. If she admits to the means of acquaintance, but can not convince the consular officer that the marriage agency provided her with the required disclosures, the visa may be refused

we met on filipina kisses.com a German company i paid she didnt they never asked for background from me

I've seen no evidence it matters one bit how you answer the IMB question as neither USCIS or Consular officers give hoot but if the site is for "internet dating" it's not an IMB.

I don't undestand you question but "internet dating" is a class of service. An example would be match.com. Read both the descriptions and the exceptions to what is an IMB and it will become clear that "dating" websites are not "marriage brokers", international or otherwise. Really, the details of the law and its impact have been discussed to death in the IMBRA forum. I have no clue why this thread hasn't been moved there.
