The payment has been received by the service center but like HW states VSC is a little behind.

And you may not like this but they may be closed tomorrow due to inclement weather again. :(

PM me for any AP or AR relating to the NBI

It depends on your case, and the petitions ahead of you, no one can give you a timeframe on your approval.

You recieved that in september, normal frame is 90-120 days...your looking at 2-3 more months, if you dont get an RFE...and VSC doesnt slow down more.

There is nothing you can do while in the processing time. if you fall out of the 120 days and are in like 125 days or more, you can contact your senator or congressman. Until then, they will give you the same answer USCIS will give you, "its processing"

If you complete your timeline it will give you an estimated timeframe for receiving NOA2.

Good luck.
