Hello ladies and gentlemen.

Soon, I will be starting to send the K1 application once I finish, I got all the info need to send to USCIS.

But I am worried once I receive the NOA2. It is about few things:

-I have a full-time job, but in the pay stub it does not state my job status, only taxes and stuff, is that a problem??

-in the year 2007, i only made $17,000 with taxes. do i need to send the tax copies of the year 2007, 2006??

-how do i complete a co-sponsor, i see on the I 134 only for one person to write as a sponsor, or do I need another copy for I-134 for my mother to sign to be my co-sponsor, or I have to put her name as well on the same copy where I put my name as a sponsor??

Thank you sooooo much :D

ps.

also, together with the I129F should I send the copy of the Western union receipt that i sent money to my fiancee??

and should i send a copy of my college diploma? lol

also just one more thing, being in love is great :D

I have a full-time job, but in the pay stub it does not state my job status, only taxes and stuff, is that a problem?? You will need a letter from your employor stating your date of hire, job title, salary, full-time/part-time

-in the year 2007, i only made $17,000 with taxes. do i need to send the tax copies of the year 2007, 2006?? depending on when your interview is, it will either be 2008 or 2009 that is needed.

-how do i complete a co-sponsor, i see on the I 134 only for one person to write as a sponsor, or do I need another copy for I-134 for my mother to sign to be my co-sponsor, or I have to put her name as well on the same copy where I put my name as a sponsor?? Sponsor and co-sponsor use the same type of form...

moving from K-1 to:

US Embassy and Consulate General Discussion

You are almost there and now you have to deal with the embassy. This is the place to post your experiences or questions related to this last step before moving to the US. Topics relating to I-134's, packets sent from consulate and medical & police certificates should be posted here.

YMMV
