i am getting my father to sponsor to me as my income is not enough to bring my fiancee to USA.

which form does my father have to fill out in order to be a sponsor? do i need to include this form in the K1 packet?

can anybody explain im really confused!

you and your father needs to fill out I-134 form and no you do not need to include it in the K1 packet, this I-134 is needed during the interview...
