Hi guys,

I don't know If I'm posting in the right forum. I'm writing this in behalf of a friend, she came to this country with a K1 Visa she got married before the 90 days expired, got her social security card (this was last year) and because of $$$$ she didn't continue with the process, could somebody please tell me if she is considered illegal now because of that?? she still married to the guy but they left the process in stand by.

HELP

Thank you

Vi
