I-129 send 10/14/2008

NOA1 received 11/26/2008

It means that as of November 2008 they were processing applications that were submitted in April of 2008...about 7 months wait. So if you filed in October, you are coming up to month 4, could be another 3 unless they speed up or your case is fairly easy and they get to it quickly. The way to read it is just above the spreadsheet it says when the data is for (November 2008) and the processing time in the box beside the k1 shows what visas they were processing as of the date they updated.

probably better to actually check your petition or application by "checking case status online"

you can set up the see when they "touch" your file

Emmett Fitz-Hume: I'm sorry I'm late, I had to attend the reading of a will. I had to stay till the very end, and I found out I received nothing... broke my arm.

thanks for your answer and good luck, but I have an another question, u say that I have to wait probably 7 months, My question is this time( 7 months) is only to get the approval or for the entire process?

To get approved and then you get to wait for the interview and other docs from the embassy.
