Hi, Guys.....I still haven't gotten approved for EAD, it's been almost 180 days since I filed applications. My husband was requested for an additional evidence(He did send it), I understand that this stuff's delayed my process. Anyone has any experience like me? If you were requested for any additional evidence, how long would it be for the process of AOS interview?(from the day we sent back RFE) My husband and I've been waiting for the AOS interview mail from our local office but even the local office insisted that our case is still at MSC. Actually I did biometics for I-485 and I-130 on February 8, 2006. Since then I still haven't heard anything from them beside the old information update online.

We don't mind at all if we need to wait for another two months but we just want to know the estimateing time and what's going on about our case and we don't want to wait for another four or five months. Because I want to go back to school if I go back to school right now, I have to pay a lot for tuition fee. I want to move on and do something else.

Anyone can make us feel relieve, please help.

You can go get your interim EAD at your local office, and maybe that will get things moving. We had like 110 days and my husband got his..and now miraculously things started to move and we got the AP and the regular EAD. I had a feeling maybe our papers were "forgotten" about until someone made some inquiries. Maybe that would be the case with yours as well. Granted, we did not have any RFE issues, but our time was lengthy, especially waiting for the AP. Inquiring can never hurt.
