Hello all,

Myself and my US fiancee received our NOA2 on 13/01/09 and shortly afterwards I moved house. I'm unsure how to inform USCIS. I thought there was an online option, though this seems to only be for US citizens or those already residing in the US, not for benefactors of a K-1 visa.

I looked through the forum and it looks as though the best way would be to contact the NVC with my confirmation number and also contact the US Embassy in London. Would this be the course of action others have taken or would reccommend?

Thanks in advance.

You are done with the USCIS your file is gone... now you will need to inform London when your file is there

YMMV

Congratulations on the approval.

You'll need to notify the DOS (Dept. of State) since USCIS is essentially out of the picture for the moment (until you enter the US and file AOS). The method you described is correct. Once you have your NVC case number, you can contact the US Embassy in London to inform them of the change.

i contacted DOS to amend my address as they still had my file and it was done straight away. Check to see if they still have your file or if it's gone on to the Embassy.

If it's at the Embassy you can call on the expensive £1.20/min line and amend your address you will need your Case No: LND#######
