I am wanting to go visit my boyfriend in the UK but we still need to do the K1 Visa forms. Is it possible for me to fill out and do all these forms WHILE in the UK even though I am from America?? I thought about doing the forms with him while on holiday there then mailing them to my mom in America to mail off for us? Or could we even just mail them directly to the office from the UK? Please help as I am new to all this and it is quite stressful. Thanks.

Jan 2008 - Met online

Feb 2008- Got ready to move to Sweden to be an au pair

March 2008- Moved to Sweden

April 2008- First time to Wales to visit my baby

May 2008- My baby's first time outside of the UK. He came to visit me in Sweden. 2 TIMES actually!

July 2008 - Spent 1 month holiday with him in Wales.

August 2008- Went to go see him but ended up coming back to America.

September - DEC 2008 -He came all the way to America to be with me for 3 months!!

I am hoping to get the visa forms filled out but need some help and could use some friends in similar situations! Especially if you are from the UK! I am hoping to go back in February or so for a holiday while I wait for the visa stuff to arrive.

Yes it is possible and probably easier to do it while you are there. You could also send it directly to the service center from the UK if you are comfortable with that and have a way to pay the fee.

NOA 2. Really?

Either way is fine. There's no rule that says you can't file while you're abroad as long as you are a resident/citizen of the US and have a permanent address there :)

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.
