Prolly not the best place to post this but I can't find any information online short of news articles that it was coming into effect from January this year.

My mum is coming to visit in April and wants to get things organised asap - I tried searching for where she can apply for VWP pre-clearance online but I can't find anything - does anyone know where she can do it???
