I absolutely agree with push, lots of people give advice here. not too many people just stick to answering the questions. I think the OP should seriously consider the advice he was given. it just may make the process a little easier for them. you's don't like pushbrk well intentioned advice, but your negative opinions fly freely around the forums. maybe a seach through the med's for something that will calm you's down is in order today !!! please have a wonderful day.

I agree with pushbrk's advice, clearly the OP mis-read that requirement so completely wrong that it may just be advisable for the OP to get the assistance of a lawyer or friend to go through the paperwork.

Those of you being critical and insulting pushbrk because of his advice are being hypocritical as your own advice is not being very constructive either... his advice wasn't necessarily politically correct but it was straight forward, no BS answer. pushbrk *could* have said something like "You need to be more careful while reading the forms and instructions because..." but seriously, not everything in this world needs a sugar coating, and when it comes to things like medicine, that sugar coating is potentially harmful, it makes kids think it's candy... just who the heck are these kid gloves supposed to be protecting anyway?

Just for fun here's an analogy of what just happened in this thread.

A person is so drunk they can't hardly stand and pushbrk see's them getting into a car to drive home, this person who is clearly drunk (they fell down two times trying to get the key in the hole!) yells out "dosh anyone know what time it ish", let's say some other person standing by says it's 2 O'Clock... and another bystander says it's 2:05 AM, you can tell because the little hand is pointing at the two and the big hand is pointing at the 5 minute mark, or if you are reading a digital clock, it will actually say 2:05 but you may have to look for a DOT that indicates AM or PM, not to be confused with the DOT that means the alarm is set... Then pushbrk who has seen the other answers says "Hey, you should seek the help of a professional (taxi driver), friend, or family to get home as you are too drunk to drive". The other bystanders are all pissed off now because the drunk guy didn't asked for that particular advice, and is almost certainly pissed off now because pushbreak called him an alcoholic bum, and that was totally uncalled for... and a riot begins (also this is where my analogy goes off on a tangent), as people lecture pushbrk about how insensitive his advice was to the drunk guy who will probably crash his car into a telephone pole or two on the way home because he didn't carefully read the instructions... also of course his fiancee was in the vehicle and got really mad the second time he hit a telephone pole on the way home and decided it was better to just leave this man because it takes way too long to complete the driving home process...
