1040 and w-2

Hello guy's ..... The counselor gave me a paper that said to send to her copies of the federal tax returns form 1040 and the most recent income tax from my wife ( tax 2008 ) . And then my visa well be sent in 7 days since I was approved already. Does this include her w-2 as well or can she just file with her paystubs which is faster. And just send in the 1040 without the W-2? Edited January 14, 2009 by yasser ezz

I included copies of the W2 with the 1040 that I sent to Claudeth.

She can't actually file her 2008 income tax until she has her W2 statements from employers. Also she may have statements of interest earned from banking institutions. They have until Jan 31 to prepare those. It's all needed to file a complete return with the IRS. Did they say 2008 specifically or her latest return. At this time, the 2007 return is the latest because 2008 is not due until April 15.
