Hello. Here is the situation. I want to get married with my girlfriend(of 2 1/2 years)// fiance (for the last 4 months). I want

to be able to travel with her to places like spain, japan, china and other places i have not seen. Whats the best way to go

about doing this? We do not want to move/live in the U.S.A. I currently still do live and work in Florida. She is considering,

maybe in the future, continuing her studys in spain. PLEASE help. this is the basic info/issue i have. I want to know what

to do. Thank You

She will need to get a visa for the country's she wants to visit, as you do.

You would have to check with each country for their visa req's, if any.

If you want to get married - marry her in her country, or have her visit you in Florida and marry, your choice.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

It neither helps or hurts the visa process to marry in Florida. For travel requirements, I've always found this site to be the most helpful.
