if you plan to marry her in the US u should file K-1 if u are married here in the philippines u will file k-3 or CR-1/IR-1 visa.

I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT K-1 VISA IS THE QUICKEST BUT I READ ABOUT SOME STORIES THAT IT REALLY DEPENDS ON THE SITUATION.IT DOESNT MATTER WHERE WE GET MARRIED IF MY ANNULMENT GETS DONE WHEN HES HERE THEN WE'LL GET MARRIED HERE IF NOT MAYBE WE'D HAVE TO FILE A K3,DEPENDS WHERE HE IS.IM JUST MAKING SURE WE GET THE RIGHT THING..THANKS FOR THE REPLY KEEP ME POSTED!GOD BLESS!

finishing the old marriage first is usually a good place to start.

for your new marriage journey ... decide how you want to enter the US by reading and reviewing disadvantages for each visa type.

YES I GUESS YOURE RIGHT WE HAVE TO GET THIS THING FINISHED FIRST BEFORE DECIDING ON WHAT TYPE OF VISA TO GET...I JUST COULDNT HELP BUT THINK SOMETIMES..ITS FRUSTRATING,WE JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE WERE DOING THINGS THE RIGHT WAY!THANK U SO MUCH FOR THE REPLY ..GOD BLESS! :star:
