Please we need help re: Form I-134 Affidavit of Support

The 11th question in Form I-134 indicates that a petitioner has to choose whether he intends or does not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3 (the petition being petitioned). (If you check "intend", indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions. For example, if you intend to furnish and board, state for how long and, if money, state the amount in the U.S. dollars and whether it is to be given in a lump sum, weekly or monthly, and for how long. )

My fiance and I aren't sure of what to choose between intend or not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person being petitioned. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

i would say intend, nature and duration would be normal support throughout marriage

Hi, Just a follow up question. Is it necessary to notarized this I-134 form and submit it to USCIS or its only needed after the approval of petition of I129F . Thanks

The I-134 is taken to the interview at the US Embassy, it is not sent to USCIS. The new form no longer needs to be notarized as stated in the instructions http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-134instr.pdf

Only prior versions (which are still being accepted) need to be notarized.

I don't understand the response to the question on the example I-134: "N/A ( K1 visa process for permanent residence )"

Is this the correct response (since I am going through the K1 process now), or is it better to put intend or don't intend ?
