REF for CR1-IR1

I received notice that I was sent and REF notice in the mail on 1/09, I almost had a nervous breakdown , it feels like i have been waiting forever to get this approved and now I'm waiting for the mail to come. My question is if I filed all the paperwork need for my I130, what do you think they want from me? Im sitting here going through everything and just would like the hear from other people that have had the same exprience. Does anyone have any ideas, so i can prepare myself.

oh gosh, we got the same notification when we checked on our status online on the same date, too. we haven't gotten their letter yet 'though that they mailed to us. hopefully it's nothing to really worry about. the team here sent us a message telling us that sometimes what uscis ask for additional evidence were already submitted to them. might be they just had overlooked it when they flip through to our packets. i hope this is the case to us. well good luck to us! We have received a RFE too...and it was that they were requesting for the copy of our Marriage Certificate...yesss..they lost it, because we sent it the first time, and another VJ got a RFE requesting passport photos and G-325A again.....anyway, nobody knows what they are request for until you get the letter from Uscis..

The same theing happened to me whne I was bringing mu husband over vfrom Nigeria. They wanted

an original copy of the police report and medical mailed to them from Nigeria.

I am glad I did it though. I called and the lady at NVC (or who ever they are these days) explained that I did not hav eto send anything. But if she were me she would not depend on the K-3 only. Thank God I listened to her. The K-3 fell through after 3 denials and being sent back to America and 1 day later after the 3rd denial for the K-3 we got our CR-1 notice for an appointment. I flew over for the interview and three weeks after coming back he was here.

It may not be as bad as you think.
