Hey Everyone! Just wanted to say thank you in advance for all of your help! VisaJourney has been such a blessing!

A few questions about filling out & sending the DS-230:

1. When I applied for the I-130 I was working, now I'm not, #12 asks for present occupation, is it a big deal to put "Unemployed"?

2. #15-17 Parents information. Is that MY (Canadian) parents info? Or my husbands? (U.S. Citizen) .....basic question I know, double checking!

3. #20 I attended school down in Virginia, so I had like 4 different addresses, for each year I was there! Do I just put the Canadian addresses I've at since for 6 months?

4. #25....ok this could be confusing. I've gone shopping in the U.S., I've visited friends, I lived there while attending school, I've flown through there to go to another country, etc.

....do I just need to put when I MAINLY was there? I just put when I had my OPT (school work visa for a year) and my F-1 student visa.

According to the VJ Wiki, it says the DS-230 should contain "certified copy of name change". I haven't done that yet, I go by my married name, but documents have my maiden name. Any one else

changed their name later on down the road?

Thanks again everyone!
