Since I have received great help from various members of VJ, i thought, I should share some tips with the members/readers on this website too. I am preparing documents for AOS and had to undero the medical examination from NY since i reside here. After numerous calls and queries, I called this one CS (Nasim Haider) at Corona Health Care, Corona, NY.They have been most helpful and charged me $160/- for the entire medical. Since i didnt have a vaccination record, I had to undergo the entire appropriate list. All the tests plus the vaccines were included in the flat fee. If this helps anybody, they may get in touch with the CS by looking up his name in the USCIS list.

Regards and best of luck to All.

That is cheap. I called around to find prices for a CS it ranged from 150 to 250. Went to the one for 150 but the vaccinations are not included but was instructed by the CS to go to the county health department office and they give you the vaccines for free, they even gave us free flu shots. But had to pay an extra $40 for x-rays because my wife tested positive for TB in prior exam.

All in all you got a great deal :D
