Include I134 with I130

Hello,

My wife and I have been getting ready to file to bring both of her parents to the US.

I am somewhat puzzled by the requirements that need to go with the I130. Some places, including this website say that a I134 must be included with each petition, however the I130 instruction sheet makes no mention of it.

Could someone offer some clarification on this point. Thanks.

William

The I-134 is not used with the I-130.

You would need the I-864 and I believe that it is not needed until the NVC stage.

That's correct. The only form the petitioner needs to send the USCIS is the I-130. For AOS she will need to send the I-864 after the petition has been approved by the USCIS and forwarded to the NVC.
