I see she has to fill out 3 forms, most pretty simple, like address etc...but it says:

Do you plan on working in the U.S.? If so, give name and address of employer.

How does she answer this? She doesn't have a job yet but does plan on working...how did you guys answer this one?

How long do you plan on staying in the U.S.?

Would the answer be: Forever ????

Thanks

Jonas

hey jonas, i found this from another website:

question: em đang diền mẫu đơn 156, ở mục 32 Do you intend to work in the U.S, em trả lời YES, vì em dự định sẽ đi học tiếp và sau đó đi làm,nhưng họ ghi là nếu If.... give the name and complete address of US employer, Tương tự câu 33 cũng vậy, em cũng SAY Yes, vì em sẽ đi học sau khi qua bên đó.

answer: Ghi "NOT KNOW YET" vào 2 mục đó.

Dan

A K-1 visa is technically a non-immigrant visa, therefore we do the 156. However, since most people who get K-1 visas intend to immigrate, some of the questions on the 156 seem silly or redundant. Thusly, this thread is born! Phải không?
