Did it reach NVC and got cleared? If it didn't you can call NVC (603-334-0700) to find out what your case status is.

If it did and it's sent to the embassy, you can call, fax, or e-mail embassy and ask them about the case status. You'll need to provide NVC case number or USCIS case number when you call.
