I wonder whats going on ? its Dec 23 and USICS didn't update the processing times yet .

i think they suppose to update it on Dec 15 as they used to do on the 15 of every month.

do you think they didn't cause of Christmas ?!!!!!!!!

I think they suck anyways and processing times don't mean sh** as it won't speed up things even if you are outside of the processing timeframe.

Yeahhh...you will be priviliged in that you can make a service request finding out that your case "is being processed". We didn't know, huh?!
