but we still have a big problem, my petitioner was not yet workin but her uncle whom shes livin with decided to offer his financial support since my fiance there is not yet employed... my question is, will it cause any problem?pls help!

It's hard to say with Manila. They are more likely to accept a co-sponsor for petitioner who is a recent college graduate than one who simply is unemployed or underemployed with no particular prospects. It would be much better if she found a job, any job.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
