My Husband will be having four minor dependents soon next year (hopefully) when my two kids are here.My question is Do i need a Co sponsor to get my two kids in the Philippines? My husband is making more than $50 K a year but with us having a new baby and he still support his 13 yr. old daughter.I really am not so sure about the poverty guidelines?

Pls. help...Any ideas will be appreciated.

You should check out the site that shows the current min income requirements for petitioners Wifey ... Search for Proverty guidelines here on VJ or Google it for complete anaslyse on your case ... but from what you stated ... 4 children, plus you =5 dependents so he would need to earn least $30,000.
