Hello all December filers at California. I got my NOA2 today only two weeks after I sent in the RFE. I'm amazed and grateful of course. Good luck to all and God speed to those still waiting. Now the next leg of the journey begins. From everything I've read it gets much quicker from here on out. That is my hope anyway.

Congrats!!!!

Still waiting on our NOA2. Received NOA1 on December 18th and no changes has made on online status... not a single touched...

I noticed that many of January fillers received NOA2 recently... WHERE IS MINE???

07-26-09 - My flight to go USA together with my fiancee

We filed at VSC but you're not alone. Our Noa1 was dated 12/9. No touches or anything since December & VSC is already approving 12/22. It's kind of depressing. It gets harder to be excited for everyone else when you feel like you've been left behind. I really hope you get yours soon.

I just checked online status this morning and last update date has changed from 12/18/08 to 4/28/09... I guess someone touched my case... Hope this is NOA2 approval...

Update detail has not changed but the date has changed....

That's exactly how mine changed, I got a touch and then no detail change. In fact mine still says last updated 3/18/09 and received and pending. This may be your NOA2, but you may not know until you get it in your mailbox! Hope you get it soon!!

Hey everyone.

Just to let you all know that we got our NOA2 on the 22nd of May. We didn't realize till the 25th as we weren't checking everyday by this point. 154 days in total from NOA1.

We did not get any touches besides the one for change of address. We were really not expecting it and then just decided to check and there it was!!!

Thanks to Minnew for your comment and especially to Bob and Patricia for their guidance and support. I remember when they got approved and was really pleased as they filed just before us. They have been asking us if we have had any news for a while now and we have had nothing to report..... until now!!!

So after starting this thread back in December we now go on to the next step... but will keep checking back to see everyone get their day.

NO ONE GETS LEFT BEHIND!!!! :protest:
