I lost my passport last year. now, i am planning to visit my mom in the PH next yeaR, BUT THE PROBLEM IS that I lost my passport and I don't know if the immigration will allow me to comeback to the united states.

But I have a SS# now.. the Immigration gave me a social security and permission to work, some friends told me to ask for parol so that I can go home and come back without any problems....and i don't know what that is.... does my ss# could help me to come back to U.S if ever i went to the ph for vacation?

SSN wont allow you re-entry.

You get a replacement passport from the nearest consulate in USA, then contact DOS about replacing the F-1 visa, more than likely when you are home in PI.

Right, you must first replace your passport regardless. An EAD card will not get you back in the USA. You'll need the visa replaced.
