Are you still waiting for AOS to be approved???

:time:http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=31671 Timeline still shows waiting for visa interview.

If AOS has been approved, and have green-card there is NO NEED for EAD, the green-card replaces EAD.

Then again it is hard to answer your question without an up to date timeline or profile.

Profile shows filed for N/A have you filed for AOS Pending, AOS apporved what??? http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...rCP&CODE=01

My wifes employment authorization card will expire in 90 days. Thank God she is paying attantion to these things. Anyway how do I renew it and how much are they going to charge me to do it?

Thanks for the help......

I-765... for EAD's that were submitted post July 30, 2007 I believe are N/C... review the I-765 for exact parameters.

As YuandDan indicate... if you have the greencard then this is a moot situation

If still waiting for a green-card, they can file another I-765 for a new EAD for no fee based on "Pending I-485" Code (C )(9 ), their timeline stops at [NVC Left] June 07, I highly doubt they file for AOS before the July 07 deadline.
