Seems like everyone is scammed one way or another.

I have a "green neighbor", he changed all his bulbs over (I took his old ones).

He actually thinks he is "helping the environment" meanwhile he has 6 or 8 flood lights lite up every night around his house.

You see he actually feels he is "part of the answer" and whoever is selling those bulbs wants him and you to think just that.
