 Is there anything I can do to find out what is going on with my case??

it was sent to Havana May 22,2006 and my fiance hasn't been notified yet. its been almost two weeks I'm afraid they have it just laying around and wasting precious time...

I called the NVC and they wouldn't give me the DHL tracking #... is there something else I can do?? has this happen to anyone else? They said the only thing they can give me is the phone # to the embassy in Havana.. Well,,, unfortunately phone calls to Cuba are very expensive and I need to know if I have other options to try to speed up the process.

:help:

I looked on the US embassy, Havana website and could not find any email addresses. They only had a phone number and fax number. Maybe if you have assess to a fax machine, write them a letter and fax it. Maybe someone else can help you more.
