2 more I-134 questions & I'll shut up

This is it, I swear. 2 questions:

1). I want my mom to be my official co-sponsor since she's a bit more in favor of my relationship and she's also more likely to go to a bank and take the time to get the I-134 notorized. She and my father have joint tax returns and I ordered the transcripts. So for number 7, "I derive an annual income of" (my mom is a psychotherapist in private practice so she's self-employed), can she include the 1040 earnings amount instead of just her individual income? I am using their tax return as the only documentation besides her I-134 and my father's income would be an enormous boost to the I-134 (and it is a joint tax return afterall) so I definitely want it included--but can she only put her personal income? I guess I'm not understanding how the I-134 works for joint tax returns when everything begins with "I"--"I have on deposit", "I have life insurance" ,etc. Would you combine both life insurances, all stocks and bonds, and all deposits? Do I just put her salary but it will back us up that the tax returns also include my father's salary? Will they even look at the tax returns if they are not impressed by the I-134?

2). We have just received our NOA2 and are now waiting for our packet from Cuidad Juarez which, judging by the forum, could be 2-3 months. I'm not sure what his address will be at the time--perhaps he will still be in Mexico City or perhaps he will have returned to Oaxaca. The address on our I-129F is Mexico City. Is it okay if my mom (who will be bringing me this I-134 in a couple weeks) puts his Mexico City address even if at the time of interview it has changed? I looked through the forums and I think I'm supposed to call Cuidad Juarez and inform them of the change if and when it does happen-- but is it acceptable if the I-134 has a different address?

Thank you very much!

Jamie

Transcripts are ok but you use only her income. Somehow, it needs to be clear how much of the total income is hers. This is one of those situations where a tax return with W2's etc. may be a better choice. If she has W2's or 1099's though, just add copies of them to the transcripts.

The address on the I-134 is not all that critical.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
Understanding the big picture is priceless. Anonymous
