I think I may have booboo'd.

I submitted my application as I read that waiver needed to be submitted for more than 2 or 2 within 2 years.

I did submit a letter explaining the reason behind my first K-1 that was 6 years ago as well as pertinent information regarding the case.

My question is what else would be needed? am I gonna get RFEd? since my app is already in should i do anything or just wait and see?

any ideas? suggestions?

Excert directly from H. R. 3402—108

( 2 )( A ) Subject to subparagraphs ( B ) and ( C ), a consular officer may not approve a petition under paragraph ( 1 ) unless the officer has verified that—

( i ) the petitioner has not, previous to the pending petition, petitioned under paragraph (1) with respect to two or more applying aliens;

and

( ii ) if the petitioner has had such a petition previously approved, 2 years have elapsed since the filing of such previously approved petition

YMMV
