Hello,

On the I-131 form in part #7? Does there need to be separate letter made for AP document? My wife will only need in case of emergency. Do we need to write someting for this part or not? In the example form here on VJ nothing else is written after part # 3?

thanks,

WaltnRafi

Nothing other than to be able to travel while AOS is pending. AP is an interim benefit of I-485.

Note I-131 has many uses like allowing a refugee to travel, in that case part #7 is significant.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I wrote a letter on that part. My reason was for emergency purposes only. But I'm still waiting for the approval, since I filed my papers almost 3 weeks ago, I need to wait for 60 to 90 days for the decisions.

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)
