Does my husband need to have a return ticket? I was going to get a one way! Some advised me I should have a return date is that true!

One-Way or R/Trip are fine (which ever is cheapest). Unlike a tourist visa (which would require a R/Trip ticket) K1/K3 (and others) do not. :thumbs:

Yes, absolutely. Get whatever is less expensive and less hassle, whether it's a one-way or round trip.

2006/08/23 AP and EAD approved. Two down, 1.5 to go

2006/10/13 Pras' I-485 interview--APPROVED!

2006/10/27 Pras' conditional GC arrives -- .5 to go (2 yrs to Conditions Removal)
