Our Case is Moving again.

Thank God The USCIS recieved or info for our RFE so now our AOS is moving once again. The website stated that they will give an answer to our petiton within 60 days so soon we will know that final results of our case. This can be nerve raking but we are here together and we able to join the hoildays together this year what a blessing that is. Happy Hoildays to all and peace be with everyone. To thoes of you who are spending this year apart from your loved a speacial prayer goes out to you and yours. We know what that is like and we are sending you are very best. Chuck and Teresa

They did write that on ours. However I just found that today on the USCIS site. So with that being said we will keep the updates here as our 60 days progress. I know that this website helps us even though we have an attorney, So does others by posting their experiences. I wil pray that you hear news soon. As this is a hard and diffucult process but the rewards are worth every step of the journey.

@marryme i called them yes..but i have the feeling they threath me like iam an idiot...they asked me 35 questions to told me the same what is standing in the case status..and i said then thanks iam able to read alone...i had to asked 5 times the question"the 60 days are over have i to do anyhting or should i still wait"....this guy said then u are still in the prozessingtimeline so please wait....and the 60 days means only UNLESS fingerprints OR and interview is not completet yes....and i said YES this is the POINT fingerprints OR interview but this means not that there must be an interview ..so thats why i call u....and he said in the most cases are an interview...i dont know i think they still see the same what we see....so i dont know what i can do now

Hey there Goldfee and ChuckandTEresa,

Just wanted to give you guys some hope, My online status said the same thing for over 60 days so I went to an Infopass apointment on Friday morning and the IO there just read exactly what listed when I pulled it up myself. I specifally asked her if my case was in our local office she said NO!

Then I get home and my interview letter was sitting in the mailbox..So, they really don't know anything.
