BE WHO YOU ARE AND SAY WHAT YOU FEEL, BECAUSE THOSE WHO MIND DONT MATTER AND THOSE WHO MATTER DONT MIND

YOU CANT CHANGE THE PAST BUT YOU CAN RUIN THE PRESENT BY WORRYING OVER THE FUTURE

TRIP.... OVER LOVE, AND YOU CAN GET UP

FALL.... IN LOVE, AND YOU FALL FOREVER

I DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT, JUST NOT THE ABILITY

LIKE THE MEASLES, LOVE IS MOST DANGEROUS WHEN IT COMES LATER IN LIFE

LIFE IS NOT THE WAY ITS SUPPOSED TO BE, ITS THE WAY IT IS

I MAY NOT BE WHERE I WANT TO BE BUT IM SURE NOT WHERE I WAS

BTW, you did change ur tune. I was addressing the "I can't stand them" hater attitude not your choice. I have many friends and relatives that have made the same choice.

You talk out both sides of your mouth in my opinion. I never attacked your choice only your nasty choice of words. I wish you the best of luck. And anyone who knows me on this board knows I'm not hateful nor do I attack a persons choice. Again, your words were hurtful.

I know that. I have read several of your posts and you have always been nice in them.

I appologize if "i can't stand them" offended you or hurt you. Not my intention.

I changed my tone because I realized that people were taking it as something hurtful and that wasn't my point.

Actually, the whole point was to say that taking a dowry, money, or anything else from my husband, and choosing not to have children are not reasons to suspect a fraudulent marriage. Nor is getting married 10 months after divorcing your husband.

And we're not being interviewed in Casablanca, Egypt, Mumbai, or anywhere else where they deal with this day in and out. We're going through the Amsterdam consulate. According to the reviews, it's quite a different atmosphere than other consulates, simply because they know EU citizens have no need or desire to obtain a greencard for fraudulent reasons.

Thank you and I do agree there were two different subjects mulled together.

Ladies, I appreciate your input. I hope that when Mike gets his interview, he lets us know what happens. I have not gotten NOA2 yet.

When I do and I reach the interview point, I will let you all know exactly what happened and what was said. Until then, I really am not worried. I was worried initially, not because of fraud, but that there might be a time constraint or limit to applications, the way there is for K-1 visas. Since there are men who have sponsored 2 or 3 K-1's without a problem, then I figured it wasn't a problem for me either.

When I found out that my ex-husband no longer had any status, then it really didn't matter to me anymore. I didn't even know he lost his status until recently.

So in a nutshell, what happens, happens, and I am not losing any sleep over it.
