Hello to all here.I hope you can help me about my Son,Because his visa is expired. He got his Visa that was august 2008 but we didnt know that his visa is good for a 3 months,because it says in the site is good for a year,,His visa is expired because i have to wait for my travel document to go back in the Philippines to get my son and bring him here in states..I called the embassy and they said about what i will do so they can issue again for Visa,,But my question here i dont know how much do i need to pay for the visa...Please i need help..have a good day to all..Thank you

I'm confused.

Your timeline doesn't say you were interviewed or approved or in the US so it's hard to know where you are in the process and what it is you're asking. It would help a lot if you filled in the remaining information. ;)

I'm going to assume that you are here and married awaiting AP to travel back to PI to get your son. In the meantime, his visa expired and you didn't request to extend it... correct?

What did the Embassy tell you to do?

Yes i am here and married...The embassy said that my son he need to go to the embasyy to re issue his visa ...and i am waiting for my travel document or what we call advance parol to go back in the Philippines..I asked how much do i need to pay for the visa but she doesn,t know how much,So i am curious about that...Thanks a lot...

It can be only one of two numbers.. either $0 or $131....

That would be the equivalent in local currency as indicated by USEM.
