so my husband had his aos interview on october 22... the officer didn't doubt our marriage coz she said it's not like were not married coz we have two kids... and my husband and i have been married for almost 6yrs now... but on the day of interview, the officer didn't approve us... she said she will review our paperwork more and will send us a letter in the mail... to this date, we haven't heard anything from them... it's been almost a month... anybody have any experience like ours? were you guys approve in the end? how long did it take? when should we go for an infopass appointment to follow up?

So it's been a month since your AOS interview, and you haven't received anything in the mail, nor have you heard anything... Well, that appears to be strange to me too. You should def call customer service or schedule an InfoPass to get the status on your case. That's what I would do.

i did, i'm on your same boat. the officer though did doubt us on october 20. but said to us "if you give me XYZ documents mailed to me, then there will be no need for an additional interview" .. so we submitted the extra evidence on november 7. it was received by them on november 10, and no info yet.. very worried, as i need to head home this christmas and i lost my AP... :(

My husband and I had our interview on October 23, and we have yet to hear anything either. Please keep me updated on your case, and I will do the same. It is comforting to know that someone else is in the same boat.

i'll keep you posted... do you plan on doing an infopass appointment?

I am going to call after 30 days. I already called one, but only listened to the recording. On the recordings, it said "if you haven't had a touch in 60 days." It is very frustrating to be just waiting. I assumed we would be approved at the interview. The officer did take my husband's I-94, which I think is a good sign.
