I have a question. I came to USA 4 years ago and I met here my wife, she is US citizen. We applied for my green card three years ago... Our marriage is breaking and we would like to divorce. She get in love with some other guy, and I met one girl from my home country. The problem is that my life is here in US now and I would like to live here with my new girlfriend. I have a job here and all of my friends are here. I got my conditional green card couple of months ago. My girlfriend would like to come here to live with me. Is there any way how we can do that?

No, not legally, at least any time in the next few years. You may even have some problems staying here yourself since you have not yet removed the conditions on your permanent resident status. It's possible to remove them but not a sure thing.

I hesitate to question your answer, since you've helped me out before and you know your stuff, but wouldn't he qualify for a 10yr PR GC since his marriage has/had passed the 2yr probationary period at the time they filed for AOS? Could he not stay under this status? Should he have not received the 10yr GC isntead of a conditional GC?

Furthermore, could he not petition for a K-1 for his new girlfriend once his divorce has been finalized in the US and he is legally eligible to marry?

I'm sure pushbrk or someone else will be able to answer the rest of your question but I know the answer to this one, only a US citizen can file a K1

Who is Eligible

U.S. citizens who will be getting married to a foreign national in the United States may petition for a fiancé(e) classification (K-1) for their fiancé(e).

Since the OP is a LPR and not a citizen he is not eligible to file for a k1 for his girlfriend.
