With logic like yours, I am sure that's true. Meanwhile, in the real world, what is your excuse?

isn't the air rather thin way up there?

NIce try but no cookie.

McCain mentioning gun rights at an NRA meeting is not quite the same as running around the country appealing to the "fanatical base"... as it was suggested.

Vid 2 actually shows Mac suggesting others *get involved* in the party to tone down factions they feel are two loud.... why even post that, it proved my point, not yours.

3. Again, Mac weakly responded to the topic of gays as it was thrown in his face.... as it were, he did not even respond to Ellen's stupid example of groups of people sitting in certain chairs.

If I were him, I would have spun it around on her and asked why, 3 and 4sums would then be

not free to marry too if she had her way by pulling up the ladder after her and her lebso girl friend were legal to be wed.

The Fact is, Johnny Mac's only move to address the more conservative in the party was the VP pick.

You might note that Polling number shot up for him at this only time during the race.

They dropped as the economic problems unfolded.

Danno -

I wasn't trying to 'prove a point', as you seem to suggest in "Vid 2" above.

You asked - when did McCain speak about these issues? I showed you when. I wasn't trying to flim-flam it to the left or the right - I was just showing that he did discuss them.

If you wish to follow a candidates campaign, you must follow all of it. Not just the high-profile debates or the bit at the end.

You might have missed Danno's donning his cheerleader outfit and pompoms. I don't address him like he cares other than to give positive spin to his candidate and overlook anything that would seem in a negative light. Doubly evident by his last post (that you quoted), but hell, almost every post made before the election was pretty obvious enough..

Actually, I never said I was for McCain, he has played the moderate too much for me in the past to

give him my vote.

Hard as it was.... I wanted Obama to win in hopes that... in defeat .. the Republican party would be cleansed.

Yeah, I know it's a big-dream but it's the only sane hope there is.

When McCain did the Amnesty for Illegals thing... he lost my vote.

All these so-called 'Marriage Traditionalists' are light weights. If you really want to be traditional in the biblical sense of marriage....

Back then, women were property and a man could take several wives and concubines. During her menstrual cycle, she was considered unclean and could not stay in the home....had to go through a cleansing process before she was accepted back into the household.

Ah, how traditional is traditional? Interestingly, the Mormons gave a #### load of money to the 'yes' campaign and their idea of traditional marriage is polygamy. Go figure.

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

Ahh, good ol' tradition. Comes straight from the heavens. Or as I call it, cherrypick land.
