We filed for AOS based on K1 visa and marriage..Got EAD already,and shortly after that case been transwered to CSC..eventhough our local immigratioon office is San Antonio..

My question is where they gonna schedule an interview for a green card? And if there wont be an inteview who will stamp my passport(if needs) and what to do with I-94 form in my passport???

THat's mostly good news that your transferred to CSC, it means no interview unless of course they transferred it back to NBC to be transferred to your local office. I think with regards to stamp of your passport , most that Ive read in here who got approved without interviews don't have their passport stamped, they just have the green card right away which is what we will need anyways more than the stamp. I had my interview in OKlahoma City, and the IO took my I-94 out of my passport the day of the interview!

Nov. 2006---------Engaged

Oct. 20th, 2007---Married

May 26th, 2008---AOS/AP/EAD sent

May 29th, 2008---Package Received

June 7th, 2008----4 NOAs Received

July 3rd, 2008----Biometrics App

July 11th, 2008---Medical Completed

Aug. 14th, 2008--AP Received

Aug. 21st, 2008--EAD Received

Error Found on EAD :(

Sep. 30th, 2008---Correct EAD Received

Oct. 1st, 2008-----Interview Date Received

Oct. 17th, 2008---SSN Received

Nov. 7th, 2008----AOS Interview

Nov. 14th, 2008--Welcome Letter Received

Nov. 21st, 2008--Received Green Card!!!

Yes because you were interviewed but the OP was transferred to CSC so he/she won't be interviewed.

What that stamp means ? Will I have to keep I-94 in my passport ???

The stamp in the passport acts as a temporary greencard until the physical card arrives... Unless you are travelling in between the approval date and physical card arrival, there is virtually no need for the stamp.
