Girl you aint lying. That flat bridge is crazy. We had to cross it a lot and everytime I would hold my breath and pray. I almost died when these two cars went head to head on the bridge...start cussing, honking, flashing lights. We sat there forever! I don't know how those people walk across it let along drive

Good Luck to all future interviewees and thanks to everyone.

Use to walk and drive ovah dat almost everyday when we lived in Linstead. We had no choice at that time. If it rains or there is a storm don't bother.

Shaunsgal, how u miss the I-134 my girl, you can find a notary just about any where and u still in town see if you can find somewhere. If you're at a hotel ask at the front desk. How long will you be online?

Border  drive too close to the side and see if you don't pitch aff. You don't have to go that road, you can go around or you can drive Chalky Hill...we drove flat bridge side because I wanted to see PUM PUM ROCK which you pass right before the bridge on the right side

go to bank of america and they will notorize it for you for free if you are member if not you will pay between $ 10 to $20

Thanks for the advice, hichoufy - But she's in Jamaica right now - No Bank of America there.

Plus, I am a notary - there are statutory fees that we are allowed to charge, which average around $4 or so - So I would go to the post office or somewhere else over that.

Hey Girl, I am at the Library in St. Ann now. My only access to a computer. Anyway, all three notaries are not comfortable signing an affidavit for me since I am not from Jamaica. Anyway, I Airpak'd it to the Embassy unnotarized. I also gave my fiance one to take with him (original) when he is called back and I am going to have one notarized and Fedexed to him from US. Still no call from the embassy as of now and they received the Medical on Wednesday. Keep all fingers and toes crossed for me.

Shaun's Gal - call the US Embassy in Mo Bay - 952-0160 or try 702-6000 - Identify yourself as an American citizen - tell them what is happening with the notaries - they might have a service there for you.

WTH? What does not being Jamaican have to do with it. All you have to do is show ID to prove who you are. You have a passport, right? They should not be doing this to you.
