Okay, so now that I'm finally getting somewhere and putting things together. I'm drawing a blank. Maybe I should take a break and step outside for some fresh air *sigh* I'm about to head off to work now but my question is........

I know the I134 affadavit is filled out by the petitioner in the US. Who fills out the OF 167 form? Me [fiancee/beneficiary] or Tony [fiance/petitioner]

Thanks you guys!

I love this site!

OF 169 (not 167) and is an obsolete form number and is really the same in purpose as the I-134

YMMV

No hun, in the embassy info for the package 3. It talks about OF167 evidence of public charge. I know the OF 169 is a part of the I134 but what the heck is the OF167?!?!

regardless... anything OF is obsolete reference....

the only thing I could find about the OF-167 is that it is NOT a fill in/signable form but a descriptive list of items
