Hello,

Me and my wife plan to send the forms that are needed in AOS,including the 325 form. Now we already moved into a different place,it's late for me to remember to send an information about the change of address,The forms the we fill in now are all in the new address.

QUESTION:

What address and date we should write in form 325 A?Since we moved in July and we didn't send the change of address until the month of October.

Info:

My wife arrived here last June 25 as a K1 holder,we get married on July 21 and already in a new address where we at now.

Any advice or help is highly appreciated.

Thank you!

Use your current address. No need to send in a change of address in addition to the AOS filing.

I meant that I forgot to mail change of address form until Oct. but we moved to new address in June? It there anything to worry about with USCIS? do I put date that we filed change of address in the 325a form? we got married in July 21. thanks
