Hi ,

My RFE from the California Office says that I need to submit a fully completed , signed ,and notarized Form I-864, Affidavit of Support ,for a joint sponsor .but, there is no section in the form indicating where it can be notarized.I would also like to note that my first household member sponsors tried to get the form I-864A notarized at their bank, but the clerk found nowhere where that could be done.Has anybody had to deal with this ? I mean receiving an RFE indicating a form needed to be notaried. Obviously, I have to resubmit a new Affidavit of Support , and Iam so careful not to take more risks. I would say it's a dilemma , and Iam hoping for some suggestions or recommendations .Thank you!

Well according to recent USCIS info the I-864 doesn't have to be notarized.

However since they asked for such give them exactly what the asked for.

Don't fight it.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
